About
Who I am
Data only means something when you understand what it means for your business. That is what I help with.
I work with businesses that want to make commercial decisions based on what is actually happening. Not based on dashboards nobody reads or reports that tell people what they want to hear. My work sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and analytics: from attribution models and CLTV calculations to the question of which budget makes sense for which goal.
My background is broad. E-commerce and international hospitality are sectors where I have built deep experience, but the scope is wider: from local B2C to pan-European B2B. I have worked with advertising budgets of €500 a month and €80,000. What matters is not the budget, but whether it is being used logically for the business model and the target audience.
I do not work as an agency and not as a typical freelancer. I work with a small number of clients in long-term partnerships. I charge for what I actually deliver, not for what I could invoice. That is not a sales pitch. That is how long-term relationships work. I do not deliver reports nobody reads. I make sure people understand what the data means and what to do with it.
If you think there is more in your data than you are currently getting out of it, or if you have doubts about the reports you are receiving, a first conversation is a good place to start.
I am not active on LinkedIn. What I have to say is on this website.
Introspection
In the Introspection section, I write about the things that personally occupy my mind — not about data or strategy, but about the thoughts behind the work.
